Welcome to Parque Clothing. These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of our website and related services. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this web site.

1. Use of the Web Site

This website is intended solely for personal and non commercial use. It is prohibited to misuse of the website, including the unauthorized access, the interference in the operation of the site, or the use of any content without permission.

2. Product information

All products offered in our site, are subject to availability. We strive to display pictures and accurate descriptions of the products, but we can not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the colors or exact characteristics of the product.

3. Pricing and Payment Methods

The prices for products are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay
  • Payment on delivery

In case of payment failure, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Promotions and discounts are not cumulative unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping policies

Currently, we do local deliveries in Vigo, Galicia. The delivery will be on hand directly at the customer's home or at our registered office tax. For shipments outside of Vigo, you must contact us to contact@parqueclothing.com to agree on the terms and costs of shipping.

The estimated delivery time is 1 week. In case of loss or delay in the shipping, it will be the shipping company contracted responsible for resolving the incident. Usually we work with Mail, even if the transport company can vary depending on the destination.

5. Returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for products within a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping of the return. To start a process of return or exchange, contact us contact@parqueclothing.com or to your phone 605119559.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns of the products that do not comply with these conditions.

6. Warranties

Products Park Clothing are covered by the legal guarantee, as established in the Spanish legislation. This includes a period of 2 year warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or alterations made by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this web site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Park Clothing and is protected by the copyright laws. It is strictly forbidden its reproduction, distribution or use without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Park Clothing is not responsible for technical problems, delays, errors in the system or any indirect damage related to your use of our website.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be posted on this page and will be effective as of the date indicated. It is recommended to check this page periodically.

10. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vigo, Spain.
